Product Description
Type Mechanical Pencil
Product Name This pencil matches the pencils in the Coronet line and Pacemaker line in terms of design, but we don't think there was a matching fountain pen. According to a Wahl ad we see here, there were some pencils models sold individually, not as a set, and the model number of this one (3014SC per the sticker on the cap) is not listed-- it seems to be a unique combination design.
Manufacturer and Year Wahl Eversharp - 1936 circa
Length 5-1/8"
Filling System Takes thick style leads (1.1mm). We'll include a small container of leads. The lead is extended by clicking the end of the cap.
Color Gold filled barrel and black cap. Small cutout squares on the top of the barrel where it meets the cap and along the clicker end of the cap.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a gorgeous mechanical pencil that is in a classic design. The gold barrel has some microscratching and a speck of plating wear and some small dots of pitting but it looks really lovely with its lined pattern. The cap is in gorgeous condition and has the original sticker. The clip has some brassing at the very top. The clicker has a spot of pitting along the edge by the cap. The imprints are clear.
