Color Green marble with flecks of red. The trim is chrome or nickel plated.
Nib MEDIUM-FINE 14K gold nib is marked Waterman's Ideal, and has a heart shaped cutout. It is very flexible with a good ink flow, and has a good amount of tipping material. See writing sample below.
Condition Very nice condition. The top of the cap has moderate to heavy scratching. The clip has a lot of plating loss, slight corrosion, and some denting. The cap band has plating wear. The barrel has moderate scratching, and the barrel imprint especially looks as though someone tried to remove it. The "3V" on the end of the barrel is clear. There are marks from the cap lip near the threads. The lever and housing have brassing and some scratching.
