Product Description
Type Vintage pen which works beautifully
Product Name Model 502
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, England -- 1940s
Length 5-1/8"
Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Brown. The trim is gold plated or filled, with one narrow cap band.
Nib The nib is marked Waterman's 14CT W-2B. It is somewhat soft feeling and has a bit of a left oblique stub cut to it. It's firm and looks good. We do not know what the asterisk on the nib means.
Condition Very nice condition. No cracks or chips. There are light scratches on the cap and barrel, but the overall impression is shiny and smooth. There's plating wear on the edges of the clip and cap band with some pitting marks on the lever. The imprint is very good. This pen writes very smoothly. The filling system is working well, and we'll guarantee it for a year.
