Product Description
Type Oversized vintage pen, in fantastic shape with a fabulous nib.
Product Name Model 58
Manufacturer and Year Waterman USA - circa 1925. The nib was made in Canada, but the rest of the pen was probably made in the USA as the barrel does not say Canada.
Length 6"
Filling System Lever filler. We have replaced the bladder and it works very well. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color BCHR - black chased hard rubber. Faded to a dark chocolate brown. Silver-colored nickel-plated trim.
Nib Left oblique gold Waterman's #8 nib, made in Canada. It is firm and in very good condition with good tipping material and feels smooth on paper. No flex.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. Somewhat faded coloration. The chasing pattern is slightly smoothed down, but is overall quite nice and still clearly seen. There is some scratching on the smooth parts of the pen. The clip has a little discoloration here and there, but is otherwise in great shape. The lever box has slight pitting around the left tab end. The lever bar is slightly dulled, but still strong and working very well. The imprints are clear.
