Type Vintage pen which works beautifully and has a flexible nib.
Product Name Model 7, marked on the end of the pen barrel. This version of the 7 is from the Colorband series, with a "Red" nib. It is from the first generation of these pens, without the white bands outlining the red band.

Filling System Lever filler. We have replaced the sac and it works very well.
Color Red ripple hard rubber with gold plated trim. Red colored insert in the top of the cap.
Nib The nib is marked RED Waterman Ideal. The feed is red ripple ebonite, matching the rest of the pen. The RED imprint on the nib was Waterman's classification, indicating normal flexibility. The line varies from medium to broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks, chips, or personalization. Some brassing on the cap band, and the ball at the end of the clip has brassing and plating wear. The color is excellent with very little fading. The imprints are slightly smoothed out but still easily readable. The lever box and lever have brassing and plating wear, but are oherwise in good shape. This pen writes very smoothly with a good amount of flex. The filling system is working well.
