Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a short pen that has a velvety black, shiny section and barrel and a delicately decorated gold filled cap. The barrel has some marks caused by the cap lip as well as one thin scratch in that same location. Otherwise, there is only light scratching and the barrel has affixed the original price and model sticker. The lever has pitting along the sides and top and some long thin scratches. The cap has microscratching with a few dots of tarnish on the etched pattern (the dark mark in the first photo was just tarnish and it polished off). The clip has tarnish on the top edge and along the sides. The top disk has microscratching. The imprints are clear.
