Filling System Takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads. Extends lead via the traditional twist mechanism.
Color Translucent red with gold plated trim. One large band with a thin one on either side. There is an engraved personalization, "R.G.C." on the gold cap band.
Condition Excellent condition for this stout little mechanical pencil. The ridged area of the barrel looks gereat. The smooth area of the barrel, just above the tip has light scratching and a miniscule small deeper scratch near the last ridge. The cap has light to moderate scratching. The cap ring has a small amount of plating wear on the edge of the thin lower gold ring. The wide ring and the top thin ring look great. The clip looks great. The pen is engraved "R.G.C." on the gold cap band (see photo). No cracks, dents, chips, or dings. The imprints are clear.
