Product Name Unknown. Webster was a less than top tier maker, and this is one of their basic pens in a small size.
Manufacturer and Year Webster, Chicago (this was one of the National Pen companies) – circa 1920s-30s.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Reddish woodgrain celluloid. Gold plated cap band, lever, and ring top.
Nib FLEXIBLE MEDIUM 14k gold Warranted #3 nib is smooth with excellent tipping material. Line variation from medium to broad under very little pressure. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition for this little pen. There are no cracks, dents, dings, or serious scratches. The pen has light scratching throughout, including horizontal capping lines on the top of the barrel. The section has light scratching but is a good dark black color. The lever and cap ring look excellent. The ring top has some plating wear. The imprint on the lever is clear.
