Product Name Viceroy Standard pencil, it matches the current dimensions and accents but is not a current finish.
Manufacturer and Year Yard-O-Led, made in Burmingham, England -- 1999-2000, the cross hallmark was only used for two years to celebrate the new millennium.

Filling System It takes 1.1mm leads which it extends via the twist mechanism where twisting the cone left and right moves the lead. There is no eraser.
Color Sterling silver in a pinstripe design. It also has tons of hallmarks.
Condition Superior used condition. The pencil has light handwear and some of the imprints are a bit uneven. The imprint variation is a manufacturing artifact. The hallmarks are clear. No chips or dents. There is a tiny spot of wear on the cone. No personalization. The pencil is working very well. It ships with a Yard-o-Led box, but we are not sure if this is an original box.
