Product Description
Type Vintage fountain pen
Product Name Marked "2" on the end of the barrel
Manufacturer and Year A A Waterman, circa 1900
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System "Middle joint" filling system is really just an eyedropper that opens mid-barrel instead of via the section.
Color Mottled red hard rubber.
Nib A A Waterman #2 "Modern" nib. Flexible, but not full flex. See writing sample. There's good tipping material, but observed from the top you'll note a small chunk out of the top of the right tine. The part of the tine that touches the page is rounded and smooth, so the chip is only on the top of the nib.
Condition Excellent with no cracks or chips. One light scratch on the cap, but otherwise it is very smooth and shiny.
