Filling System Takes Parker style ballpoint refills. A working refill is installed. The pen tip extends and retracts by twisting the top half of the pen.
Color "Composition" resembles a composition notebook, with the top half the classic black and white marbled cover design, and the bottom half mimics lined white paper with blue lines (and a vertical red margin line!).
Condition Excellent condition. There is light handwear and scratching on the cap and barrel. The central band has some heavier scratching, and some spots of brassing. The rest of the trim looks good. There are some small stains near the tip opening. The imprints are clear.
Adrian Olabuenaga was born in 1955 in Buenos Aires, Argentina but grew up and was educated in Los Angeles. Raised with an architectural background, he has from a young age, been inspired by architecture, design and art. In 1985 he founded ACME Studios and serves as CEO and creative director. In addition, he also currently designs for Ritzenhoff, Boeing, Disney, Mercedes Benz, Warner Bros. and many others, as well as creating corporate identities and branding for many companies.
