Nib FINE flexible 14k marked "14k A.L. Co. 03" Excellent soft-feeling flex with line variation from fine to broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a slim, cylindrical pen that is shiny and resembles the Waterman 52. The chasing is worn but visible on both the cap and barrel. The color has some fading as evidenced by comparing the color under the cap vs. the lighter hue on the cap and barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as some small scratches near the end. The cap has smoothed marks near the top (probably bite marks). The lever has plating wear. The clip has just a little plating wear on the ball and just above it inside the indentation but it is otherwise nice and shiny. The imprints are crisp and clear.
