Color Light blue cracked ice - the "chunks" are pearly white or pale icy blue, and then there are darker blue veins, which give an overall light blue appearance. Really delicate and pretty! The clip is rhodium plated, and there are decorative sterling silver bands at either end of the barrel. - a medium pearlescent brown resin with black cap, section, and end pieces.
Nib 18k medium nib, marked with an M near the base, though it may be on the finer side. The Ancora nibs (actually made by Ancora) are famous for their quality. The tines are rather elongated, adding to the soft and springy feel. There's a little bit of flex, but no real line variation.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box. The cap and barrel have microscratching visible under magnification, though it's camouflaged by the variegation in the material. The trim bands look fantastic, with just some tiny dots in the engraving that might be pitting (there's more of this on the band near the nib than on the band near the end of the barrel). The clip and clip band also look great, with just a few microscratches. The pen has been inked, but it only looks very slightly used. The imprints are clear. Ships in Ancorra box. No paperwork.
