Color Black resin with gold plated trim. The lined sterling silver cap has a gold plated cap band and clip. The barrel has a gold plated band towards the end and two additional bands at the top and bottom of the clear viewing window.
Nib EXTRA-FINE 14k nib. The feed is labeled EF.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an elegant, shiny pen that has some girth and that looks impressive. The barrel has light wear. The blind cap has some surface wear near the end, probably caused by posting. The viewing area is nice and clear and clean. The sterling silver lined cap has moderate microscratching with a small bit of tarnish under the top of the clip. The cap band has mainly very light microscratching except on the raised parts of the band, where the wear is more noticeable (though no brassing). The imprints and hallmarks are all clear.
