Product Name Not sure the exact model name, it says INX on the nib and we can't find any other imprints.
Manufacturer and Year Carter's, USA -- 1930s.
Length 5-1/8"
Filling System Lever filler with new sac. It's fully restored and working well.
Color Grey Pearl (with beautiful pearlization) celluloid with gold trim. The cap has two thin cap bands and there are gold bands just below the black cap and barrel end pieces.
Nib FINE gold nib labeled Carter INX Pen. It is a big nib, somewhat soft, but no real flexibility.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nice-sized, shiny pen with a beautiful pearlescent grey pearl surface pattern and black rounded end pieces. The cap and barrel have light to moderate wear and microscratching. The cap bands have microscratching and a bit of brassing. The clip has scratches and some brassing along the edges, and plating wear on the ball end. The top gold band looks good. The top black piece has a small scuff. The band at the end of the barrel has plating wear along the edges and one splotch that connects the top and bottom. The black end piece has moderate scratching. The imprint on the clip is clear.
