Manufacturer and Year Cartier, France -- discontinued model, probably made in the early 2000s. The trim band near the top of the cap is numbered 008761.

Filling System The pen takes standard international refills. It is fitted with a generic international converter.
Nib Medium, two-tone 18k, gorgeous condition. Soft feeling, but no real flex.
Color Black composite with gold plated trim. "Composite" means a combination of resin and plastic. Domed cap is topped by a blue jewel as a symbol of the sapphire cabochon on the crown of Cartier watches.
Condition Excellent + condition. There is light handwear and microscratching on the cap and barrel. The end of the barrel has some light marks from posting the cap. There are some very light scratches on the clip. The clip and rest of the trim has microscratching and polishing marks. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. We have tested the pen, and it's working well.
