Nib FINE 14k gold nib marked Conklin Cushon Point, firm with no flex.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The barrel has a translucent reddish-orange ink viewing window, a little longer than 1", with excellent transparency. The front of the window area has marks caused by the cap lip. The remainder of the barrel is dark black with just some light scratching. The piston knob has a couple of scratches in the surface grooves. The cap has light scratching, with some more moderate scratching around the top. The cap band has light to moderate scratching, and it's slightly loose and can be made to move in its groove. The clip has some small areas of plating wear near the top end, as well as microscratching. The imprints are clear.
