Color Velvety black with gold plated trim. It has three cap bands and a flat cap and barrel ends.
Nib FINE 14k nib. It's firm with a little give, and smooth.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen with a nice, vintage appearance. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as light scratching. The lever has plating wear, especially along the sides. The cap has moderate scratching and microscratching. The triple cap bands have some brassing along the edges. It looks like someone applied glue to the bands and there are some blobby remnants on the black material around the cap bands. The clip has plating wear along the edges and around the top and open ends. The clip ring is dark with pitting and plating wear. The main barrel imprint is somewhat faded, but readable.
