Product Description
Type fountain pen, lever filler
Product Name Conway Stewart 350, also known as The "International" Pen.
Manufacturer and Year Conway Stewart, England -- 1930s
Length 5-3/16"
Filling System Lever filler. We replaced the bladder and it is working well, and we will guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Black chased hard rubber. The only trim is the lever bar, and it's silver colored - maybe nickel, originally with a shiny finish.
Nib MEDIUM-FINE 14k nib. It's somewhat soft feeling, but there's no line variation.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a classically designed pen, with wear that's appropriate to its age. The cap and barrel have largely faded to a deep brown, with darker black visible on the section and front of barrel. The chased pattern is mostly smoothed down on both the cap and barrel, but the shadows of it remain. The end of the barrel has some small scratch marks. The lever has brassing, especially around the tab end and along the sides. The cap looks good. The imprint is largely smoothed down, but is still readable.
