Filling System Lever filler. We replaced the bladder and it is working well.
Color Marbled red with gold veins design. Possibly casein, so DO NOT soak this pen in water because the material might melt. It also has gold plated trim, a 1/8" cap band, a gold cap jewel and a black jewel at the end of the barrel. Short black section.
Nib FINE 14k Conway Stewart #4 nib. Firm with a little give, but no real flex or line variation.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a really beautiful, shiny, colorful pen in a comfortable hand size. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The lever has brassing and some pitting. The cap band has light scratching. The clip has plating wear and some pitting. The top gold jewel looks good. The imprints are nice and clear.
