Filling System Lever filler. We replaced the sac and tested it, and it's working very well. We will guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Black with gold plated trim. Three cap bands, a wider one with narrow bands above and below. The wide band is about 1/16" and the narrow bands about 1/32" - the total width including the space between the bands is about 3/16". Diamond clip.
Nib FINE "Duro" Conway Stewart 14k nib. No flex. See writing sample.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen that has some girth and that is in a classic design and color scheme. The cap and barrel have moderate wear and scratches on the cap. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The lever has light wear. The triple cap band has moderate microscratching with a bit of plating wear along some of the edges and with small deep scratches along the top edge of the lowest and highest bands. When we got the pen the bands were loose, and we have stuck them down with epoxy and they are a little uneven. The clip has plating wear along the edges of the diamond end as well as plating wear. The clip ring looks good. The imprint is crisp and clear.
