Product Name "Conway No. 2 " is imprinted on the barrel. This matches an entry on the wonderful "Book of Numbers" resource.
Manufacturer and Year Conway Stewart, England -- 1920s.
Length 5-1/8"
Filling System Takes 1.1mm leads, which extend by twisting the end piece. A packet of vintage Conway Stewart leads will be included. There is an eraser underneath the cap at the end of the barrel.
Color Blue on Blue (the resource linked above calls this "Blue Measles", but we didn't think that sounded especially appealing...). Brass cone, with gold colored clip and twist top.
Condition Excellent condition. There is light scratching on the surface of the barrel. The clip ring is nearly completely brassed. The clip has some scratches and brassing near the top edge, and the ball is brassed. The twist top has scratching and slight denting, as well as brassing around the top edge. The barrel has handwear and light to moderate scratching. The cone has scratching and some dots of plating wear and some corrosion. The imprints are faded, but still readable.
