Type Modern luxury fountain pen
Product Name Stantuffo IT Honey Almond. This was a collaboration between Delta and Chatterley Pens, and was based on Delta's Dolcevita Oversize model. Only 23 pens were made, and this one is inscribed as number 00/23. MSRP was $695.
Manufacturer and Year Delta, Italy -- 2010s.
Length 5-9/16" and fat, we consider this an oversize pen.
Filling System Piston-filling system. As is typical with Delta pens, the piston system clicks when the plunger is fully retracted.
Color Warm light brown translucent resin, with swirls of celluloid twisting throughout. The cap band is engraved sterling silver, and the remainder of the trim is rhodium-plated.
Nib FINE 14k nib. it is very smooth and marked F on the side of the nib. The nib is springy, but there's no line variation.
Condition Near mint condition, in box with papers. There are light traces of ink staining on the interior of the cap lip (some ink is trapped between the two layers of the material). Very light handwear. The pen ships in its display box with paperwork but the bottle of ink is missing. No cracks or chips.
