Filling System It takes standard international cartridges or it can be filled using a converter. A converter is installed.
Nib MEDIUM 18k 750 two-toned gold. Uniquely shaped nib.
Color Bi-Color - the cap and barrel are plated with platinum and 18k gold. The cap and barrel mostly have a lengthwise lined pattern, with elegant gold strips. There are some small insets which have a sort of diamond guilloche pattern. When you rotate the pen in your hand, the light reflects off of the lines and gives a lovely glittery effect.
Condition Near mint condition, in box with paperwork. The trim ring near the nib looks great; we often see pitting and plating wear in this area, so it is remarkable that there's none here. The cap and barrel look great. Under magnification, we see microscratching and polishing marks, and some small light scratches around the cap band. There are small touches of tarnish in the gold plating. In hand the pen looks very shiny and glittery. There are no cracks, chips, dents, dings, or personalization. The imprints are clear.
