Filling System Lever filler. The filling system is working well with a brand new sac. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Black and pearl cap and barrel. The pen has flat black pieces on both ends and several decorative bands. There are four narrow bands in total and a 3/16" decorated "deco" cap band. The trim is gold filled and it has the double-check gold seal disc on the cap.
Nib FINE flexible 14k nib labeled "Wahl Eversharp 14k Gold Seal Signature." Excellent condition, very smooth, with good tipping material. Please refer to our writing sample below for a demonstration of this nib's performance.
Condition Excellent + condition with minor discoloration. The color is much better than we usually see on black and pearl celluloid pens. The cap and barrel have light scratching. There are marks on the barrel from capping and posting. The lever bar has brassing on the open end and on the high points. The narrow trim band at the end of the barrel has microscratching. The three bands near the cap lip have some plating wear and splotches of brassing. The trim band at the top of the cap has some tiny dots of brassing. The clip has microscratching and polishing marks. The double-check seal is intact and looks good. No cracks, chips, dents, or major scratches. Fully restored and working well.
