Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen with a lined shiny gold cap that makes a nice contrast to the black barrel. The barrel looks great with just some light scratches and marks, mainly near the end. The lever looks nice with some thin lines of plating wear on edges. The cap has noticeable plating wear along the cap lip and into the cap band. There is also light plating wear along the lines on the cap and more significant plating wear on the very top of the cap. The clip looks nice but it does have some tiny dots of plating wear and minor pitting marks. All imprints are clear and the gold printing on the barrel (Brotherhood Railyway Carmen of America) is fully intact.
