Type Modern limited edition rollerball pen. This is #0681 of 1000 pieces made (the number is found engraved underneath the barrel end cap!).
Product Name Elemento. It's very similar to the GvFC "Intuition" model.
Manufacturer and Year Faber-Castell, Germany -- 2011. These were made for the 250th anniversary of the company, which was established in 1761.
Length 5-1/2" capped
Filling System Takes international style rollerball refills. A good refill is installed.
Color Olivewood barrel, very highly polished and varnished. The cap, section, and trim are made of polished chrome. The top of the cap also has an inset of a piece of olivewood.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box. This is a unique, modern, substantial rollerball pen with a lovely olivewood barrel. The barrel has light microscratching. The chrome cap has some microscratching and small scuffs. The chrome cone and clip both look great. Ships in a large (almost 9" square and 2" deep) wooden box with a hinged top. The top of the box has some surface scratching and storage wear. There are some faux leather covered inserts inside the box to hold the pen in place, and unfortunately the faux leather surface is peeling a bit. There is also a square of velvet fabric and some paperwork inside, and an outer GvFC cardboard box. The cap imprints on the pen are all crisp and clear.
