Product Name Ferrari Formula pen - this was produced by Aurora in the 1970s for Cartier. It's based on the Aurora Hastil model, which has a nice review here.

Filling System Takes international cartridges or converters. A converter is installed, and there are two ink cartridges included in the box with the pen.
Color Brushed steel finish with gold trim and some red enamel highlights.
Nib MEDIUM gold-plated steel nib, engraved with the famous Ferrari horse logo.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with converter and two ink cartridges. This is a slender, shiny pen that is elegant and beautiful. The cap and barrel have some light microscratching. The trim ring near the nib has some light plating wear. The section looks great, no marks in the grooves. The trim rings at the front of the barrel have some microscratching, but there's no plating wear and the enamel look great. The imprints are clear. The box has a bit of wear on the outer surface, and the ribbon that holds the pen inside has a small tear, but otherwise looks great.
