Product Name unknown
Manufacturer and Year Fountainette, USA (?), c. 1930s. One of the lines of imprint reads "Pat'd 6-19-23", so
Length 5-3/8" long.
Filling System Eyedropper filler. At the end of the section there is a sprinkler cap that unscrews, and you could fill the reservoir with an eyedropper, or by immersion.
Color Black body, mostly faded to a deep warm greenish-brown. Silver colored clip. There is also a cross on the top of the cap.
Condition Excellent condition. The color has faded a bit, and when the cap is removed you can see the color contrast. The clip has a kind of rough surface, and hints of brassing, but it's still strong and firmly attached. Light handwear and microscratching. The gold coloring that highlights the cross cap imprint is nicely intact. No cracks, chips, or personalization.
