Product Description
Type Modern fountain pen
Product Name Pocket 66.
Manufacturer and Year Franklin-Christoph Pen Company, USA -- this model is considered a "Special Edition Only", and is made in small batches.
Length 5-1/16"
Filling System Short international cartridges or eyedropper only. The barrel is not long enough to accomodate a converter. We will include a cartridge in the package.
Color Italian Ice - clear with slight purple tint in sunlight. The barrel is internally pebbled, but is mostly resistant to ink staining. F-C does warn that the material can exhibit fine cracks in the material over time, but these do not results in leaks.
Nib Fine steel nib. The nib is from the Edison Pen Company (identified by the branding engraved on the nib) - a perfect example of the interchangeability of Jowo #6 nib units.
Condition Near Mint, almost new condition. We don't consider it mint/new because we know the pen has been used. It has no handwear or usage signs. This material, despite not being smooth inside, is very resistant to ink staining. It's a good model for eyedroppering. The pen is working well. Ships with the maroon leather pen case that can only be obtained with the purchase of a pen. (The similar case on the Franklin Christoph website is a different color.)
