Filling System Lever filler. We've replaced the sac and it's working very well.
Color Red Mottled Hard Rubber with Gold Plated Trim.
Nib FINE Flexible Aikin Lambert No. 6 Nib. Please see writing sample. Flexes from medium-fine to broad. Aiken Lambert did make a lot of nibs for other pen makers, but this may be a later replacement as we have not seen other Gold Medal pens with Aiken Lambert nibs.
Condition Superior condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an over-sized, beautifully colored pen, with a smooth, shiny surface. There is light wear on the cap and barrel. The lever has a little fleck of pitting on the flat ball. The clip has a little fleck of pitting at the very top. The imprints are clear.
