Product Name Dia 87, the 87 is marked on the blind cap.
Manufacturer and Year Kaweco, made in Germany -- 1930s, this model came out in 1934.
Length 5-1/8 inches.
Filling System Piston filler. We tested the system and it is working well, we did not have to replace the seal.
Color Black with gold plated trim and clip. The trim is ornate with a leaf pattern.
Nib SEMI-FLEXIBLE EXTRA-FINE 14k nib. The tines spread easily and will give you pretty good line variation. The end of the barrel is labeled EF. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. The clip ring has brassing and may in fact have not been originally plated like the rest of the trim. The rest of the clip looks quite nice, as do the cap bands. The pen has low handwear. No cracks or chips, dings, dents, or personalization. The pen has been tested and is working well.
