Condition Excellent condition. There are tiny scratches and shallow dents throughout the gold overlay, but in hand the pen appears quite shiny and attractive. There are also tiny spots of plating wear scattered throughout, though in hand these mostly appear to be part of the patterning. There is an area on the barrel near the cap threads with some small but deep gouges that go through to the hard rubber. The hard rubber section and front of the barrel normally covered by the cap is quite dark, and there's just very slight fading on the exposed hard rubber of the cap and barrel. The end of the barrel has some brassing and touches of plating wear. The top of the cap looks good. The lever has brassing and some plating wear. The imprints are clear.
