Condition User grade condition with no cracks. This is a deeply brushed silver colored pen with a shiny and ornate cap band. Although it can be difficult to tell scratches from brushing, the cap and barrel have moderate scratching, some of it long and deep enough to reveal the brass (see the photos) with a number of shiny marks (especially on the cap). The edge of the end of the barrel has a few small dings or dents. The cap band is intact. There is some plating wear and general light scratching on the cap band design. The clip has moderate microscratching. The white dot has some tiny scratches along the edge as well as slight discoloration. The imprint is clear.
