Filling System Sheaffer cartridges are required. We tested squeeze converters, button converters and piston converters, and none will fit.
Color The body is white enamel with detailing in gold. These fish-scale patterns are called Paisley by Sheaffer.
Nib Extra Fine. Extremely fine, a real needlepoint. The nib is steel and is marked Sheaffer USA. It is a short Triumph style nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a lovely, shimmery pen with dark gold and pure white coloring and with excellent patterning. The barrel has some imperfections in some of the diamonds near the end (these are small scratches and discoloration). The cap has just a few of these same flaws. Overall, the pen looks beautiful and clean. There are no imprints.
