Filling System Sheaffer cartridges only, it will not accept the squeeze converter. We will enclose some cartridges.
Color The body is red enamel over metal, with the detail in gold that resembled a fish net pattern (aka tulle).
Nib Gold masked Triumph nib, medium with a gentle upturn. Firm and smooth. Some of the gold masking has been polished away.
Condition Excellent condition. There are some tiny chips in the enamel at the very end of the barrel. There is also a small (1/8") crack in the base of the section, just above the clutch ring, which does not affect the writing performance. The patterning on the surface is great - all of the gold in the tulle pattern seems intact. Light scratching on the rest of the barrel and cap. We recommend against posting the cap, to preserve the enamel lacquer and tulle patterning.
