Type Modern fountain pen in a very limited edition
Product Name Momento Zero Grande, Red Sand, No. 05/37.
Manufacturer and Year Leonardo Officina Italiana, Italy -- circa 2022. This was a very small batch of pens made for Limited Pens Korea. They retailed for $495.
Length 6", with a section that narrows to a small, comfortable diameter at the very front near the nib.
Filling System Piston-filler. Tested and working well.
Color Red Sand (w rose gold trim) - this was the third in Leonardo's Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches collections, and inspired by the red sand beaches of Rabido Island in the Galapagos. Nineteen (19) pieces were made with rose gold trim, and 18 had rhodium trim. Three thin cap bands. The clip has a roller end.
Nib 1.1mm stub nib in 14k rose gold.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box. This is a lovely, numbered pen in a gorgeous, swirly, shimmery material. Our inspection showed no signs that the pen was ever inked. There is some microscratching on the cap and barrel. The imprints, located on the rear of the cap, are clear. Ships in original Leonardo box with a bottle of Leonardo ink.
