Color Marbled "tortoiseshell" acrylic in lovely browns and golden yellows with sterling silver trim. Some pearlescent marbling and translucent areas.
Nib FINE 18k two-tone nib. The nib is made in Germany and was not produced by Stipula.
Condition Excellent condition for this large sized, shiny, and beautifully colored pen that is quite impressive. The cap and barrel have some scattered light scratching. There is a tiny chip (less than 1/16" wide) on the cap lip, located about 90 degrees clockwise from the clip, which does not have any cracks extending from it. Light areas of tarnish on the cap band and clip. The imprints are clear.
