Condition Excellent condition. There is light handwear and scratching on the cap and barrel. The cap has bands at the top and lower part near the lip. The top cap band has brassing around the upper edge, and a small dent along with a small dent in the top of the cap. The clip has brassing over the top, on the larger hump, and around the ball end, but otherwise has light polishing marks and looks great. The lower cap band seems to be a set of 3 bands very closely spaced; there's a 3/16" band with grouped lines like the band at the top of the cap, framed by narrow 1/16" band with a pattern of wavy lines. (This is an unusual combination!) The outer bands here have brassing, but the middle one looks good. The cap lip is smooth and even. The barrel and section have light handwear, but no large scratches or marks. The lever has a splotch of plating wear on the pivot end. There's also a rectangular gold plaque on the barrel, mostly smooth but the edge is decorated with the same wavy lines pattern from the cap bands - there's no personalization on the plaque. The imprints are worn, but readable. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. The pen is fully restored and working well.
Note: Some of the feed fins are sort of askew (see the reverse nib shot for details), but the ink flows well so there's no performance impairment. None are broken or loose.
