Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Black chased hard rubber (BCHR) with a herringbone patterned cap band. Gold filled trim.
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE 14k Mabie Todd New York nib. It's very smooth with good tipping. It's got lots of easy flex to it from fine to double broad. We call it full flex. See our writing sample below.
Condition Excellentcondition. The patterning on the cap is very good. There's very little plating wear on the cap band and clip ball, though there is some pitting on the lever. The imprints are quite worn. A strong loupe is needed to read the 144/4 imprint at the end of the barrel. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. The pen is fully restored and working well.
