Nib MEDIUM Mabie Todd & Co. Eternal #6 Nib. Firm and smooth, with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is an over-sized, impressive pen in a classic design. The material has faded to a deep olive-black hue. The chasing is still easily visible throughout. The surfaces are smoothed down, and parts of the imprint are a little difficult to make out. The clip has plating wear around the edges and on the ball end. The lever has a long line of plating wear on the top surface. The pen is lightly personalized in several places. The barrel has "Freer" scratched just below the imprint. The end of the barrel has what looks like an "AF" monogram, with the top of the cap featuring "AJF". There's also an "F" on the barrel, between the chasing pattern and the section. They appear to be done by hand.
