Filling System Lever filler, restored with a new sac and working well. Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Dark, velvety black cap and barrel with incised rings on both cap and barrel and with two gold bands a little above and below the lever on the barrel. (We think the materials is plastic, not hard rubber.)
Nib 14k "Blackbird" semi-flexible stub nib. The feeds says, "Blackbird." Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black very shiny pen that has a unique pattern of incised rings on the cap and barrel accented with two gold bands on the barrel on either side of the lever. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and two areas where the initials "KM" are scratched, on the cartouche and near the end of the pen. There are also some heavier scratches at the end of the barrel. The cap moderate scratching below the incised rings near the cap lip. The lever has plating wear at the end and otherwise light microscratching. The two gold bands on the barrel have very light microscratching. All the imprints are clear.
