Condition Excellent condition. There is light handwear and scratching on the cap and barrel. The clip has a tiny bit of brassing around the open end. The star on the top of the cap has some surface marks, but looks good. The cap bands have light scratching, but no brassing or plating wear. The section has handwear and scratching. The ink view window is clear. The barrel has light scratching, and is personalized with the name "STEVE FELIX". The star on the end of the barrel looks great. The imprints are clear.
