Nib 14k DF nib (the DF is imprinted on the knob). The "F" is for fine, but it looks much more like a medium to us. The blue jewel indicates that the nib is firm.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nice-sized, nicely weighted pen, in a velvety, shiny black. The cap and barrel have only very light wear. The cap band is excellent. The clip has light scratching and plating wear along the edge of the end of the clip and on the face of the clip here and there. The clip band also has some plating wear and scratching. The top jewel has a few small scratches but it is otherwise quite nice and the Montblanc emblem is perfect. All imprints are clear.
