Product Description
Type Multipen with 4 slots.
Product Name Carrera 570
Manufacturer and Year Montblanc, Germany - 1970s.
Length 5-7/16 inches.
Filling System Takes D1 type refills, a very short and slender refill common in multi-pens. The top of the pen, near the button clicker, has small indicators for black, blue, red, and green. The black slot currently has a stylus type refill in it. Hold the pen with the desired color facing upward and click the button at the end of the barrel, and the tip will emerge. To retract the tip, just click the end button again. All components are working well.
Color Black with orange (we've seen some references to this being "yellow", though it's a very orange-yellow). The silver colored clip includes six open circles that taper from large to small.
Condition Excellent condition. There are some slight shiny spots on the barrel of the pen. The clip has microscratching, and some tiny spots of plating wear near the open end and on the left side. The grip section has light scratching and some tiny ink stains around the opening. The imprint on the central band is clear. The star on the end of the click button has a small chip in the edge, but looks good.
