Nib FINE. The nib is a spring-y 14C Montblanc 4810 nib. It is an unlabeled nib and we judge it to be a fine. Montblanc nibs run narrow so it is more similar to a Japanese fine than to a Western fine. The single tone nib is in excellent condition. It has the split ebonite feed.
Condition Very nice condition. The pen looks great with no ink in the viewing window, and no stains on the plastic piston seal. Brassing and plating loss on the clip. Moderate scratches on the cap finial, around the star logo. Some of the feed fins are broken or damaged, but there are plenty left to deliver ink to the nib. The pen has handwear throughout but other than previous mentioned, no major scratches, or wear. No cracks or dents.
