Color Vermeil, gold plating over sterling silver, in a barley/corn pattern called "Grain D'orges." It has a black section and gold plated trim. The cap has a lengthwise unpatterned cartouche
Nib MEDIUM. The nib is a slightly spring-y 14k Montblanc 4810 nib. The nib is in perfect condition. There's a little bright blue ink residue in the etched parts at the bottom of the nib.
Condition Excellent Condition. There are two spots of tarnish above the Meisterstuck on the cap band as shown in the photographs and a small dent near the clip on the cartouche. To the right of the cartouche there is a small scuff that texturally isn't noticeable but it reflects a matte surface instead of a glossy one like the rest of the pen. There are no scratches on the barrel and everything works well. Older style Montblanc box marked W. Germany.
