Filling System Takes threaded Montblanc rollerball refills (they screw into place on the section), and a good working refill is installed.
Color Striped sterling lined with gold plated trim.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box with paperwork. The sterling has some handwear on it and polishing marks, but no dents or dings. Otherwise, the pen looks great with good imprints and intact trim. It's really hard to polish away the tarnish that develops in the grooves, though we're sure you can improve the looks with a little more effort. Ships in large clamshell box with paperwork, and an outer cardboard box identifying the model and noting that it was made in West Germany.
