Filling System Cartridge/converter. A Montblanc piston converter is installed.
Color Solitaire Doue Vermeil & Bordeaux. The barrel and section are burgundy resin. The cap is vermeil - hallmarked sterling silver with full gold plating. The cap jewel is burgundy with the classic white Montblanc star. The trim is gold-plated. Serial number IG106047 is etched on the clip band as are "Germany" and "Metal 3".
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib. Our inspection showed no signs that the pen has ever been inked. The nib size sticker is still attached to the barrel.
Condition Near mint condition for this beautiful, regal pen in a great (discontinued!) color and material combination. The cap has microscratching and light polishing marks. The barrel and section have microscratching. All imprints are clear. Ships in Montblanc box with outer cardboard box. Service booklet (with a blank last page) is in a slot on the bottom side of the box.
