Color Black body with a pattern of ridges engraved into the surface. The cone has the same surface texture, and is silver colored. The Montblanc star logo, which floats in the clear dome at the end of the pen, is visible when looking at the end of the pen straight on.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There some handwear and fine scratching on the cap and barrel. The trim looks great.
